The building is constructed of reinforced concrete columns, core walls and floor slabs up to level 4. Above this level the floor fabric changes to post tensioned concrete. The Elizabeth Street and Castlereagh Street facades are made of glass reinforced concrete (GRC) panels and individual windows. The GRC panel joints intersect the window perimeter joints. All joints are designed as pressure equalised and drained. Typical floors consist of carpeted floor finishes, and acoustic tiled ceiling. The centre core contains service risers for fire, house power, tenant power telecommunications.
