Goods Lift: There are two designated goods lifts

Operating Hours: The goods lifts are in automatic mode 24 hours, 7 days a week with security surveillance.

Location: The goods lifts run from basement level B4 to floor levels 10 and 16 respectively and are located in the core of the building.

Communication System: Lift position indicator on each floor.

Goods Lift Use

The Goods Lift is available for shared use during the established building hours. At other times and on public holidays, passengers have priority over goods and furniture at all times in any elevator. When transporting furniture in a goods lift wall padded covers must be used, and are available from the Building Supervisor. The Goods Lift must be booked in advance. Bookings for goods lift use are to be made through the Building Supervisor on (02) 9264 9195.

Loading Dock

Access to the loading dock is from 138 Castlereagh Street. Entry to the Loading Dock is shared with the "Sheraton on the Park" hotel.

Dock Capacity: 5 vehicles.
Dock Clearance: 3.3 metres.

Delivery Hours

The loading dock is controlled by the Building Supervisor from 7.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Access to the loading dock outside the hours nominated may be arranged by giving 24 hours notice, in writing to the 179 Elizabeth Street, Sydney Building Supervisor's Office.

Security

The Manager will only allow Tenant employees and contractors access after written instructions have been received from the Tenant on it's letterhead, signed by an officer or authorised employee of the Tenant. (The instruction should specify the floor, hours, dates and name of employee or contractor to be granted access).

All contractors and service personnel authorised to work in the building must wear identification.

NO I.D. - NO ADMITTANCE.

After hours access for Tenants, visitors and contractors without keys can be arranged in writing.
